1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZippyGo website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZippyGo, Inc. ("ZippyGo," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of Service

Permitted Uses

You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include searching for and booking flights for yourself and authorized travelers, managing existing bookings, and accessing customer support.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

  • Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including making false or speculative bookings, or using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Service by automated means without our prior written consent.
  • Using any content from the Service to train, fine-tune, ground, benchmark, or evaluate any machine learning model, large language model, or generative artificial intelligence system.
  • Performing text or data mining on the Service, including automated extraction or reproduction of content for the purpose of building or enriching a dataset or corpus.
  • Circumventing, disabling, or ignoring our robots.txt directives, rate limits, access controls, or bot-detection measures.
  • Misrepresenting your client's user agent, origin, or identity in order to obtain access to the Service.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or our underlying systems.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service, including transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any portion of the Service without our express written authorization.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation in connection with your use of the Service.

3. Account Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service independently. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
  • Notify us immediately at support@zippygo.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

ZippyGo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Booking and Payments

ZippyGo acts as an intermediary between you and airlines, facilitating the search, comparison, and booking of flights. When you complete a booking through our Service:

  • Flight availability and pricing displayed are provided in real time from our airline and GDS partners and are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
  • You authorize ZippyGo to charge your selected payment method for the total booking amount, including applicable taxes, fees, and any selected ancillary services.
  • Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. Your payment details are encrypted and not stored on ZippyGo servers in unencrypted form.
  • A booking confirmation, including your e-ticket or booking reference number, will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
  • All prices are displayed in the currency selected and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is primarily governed by the fare rules and policies of the airline with whom your booking is made. ZippyGo does not set these policies and cannot override them.

  • Many economy and promotional fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. Please review the fare conditions before completing your purchase.
  • Where a refund is permitted under the airline's policy, ZippyGo will process the refund to your original payment method, less any applicable airline cancellation fees.
  • Refunds, where approved, are typically processed within 7–14 business days, though processing times may vary by payment method and financial institution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of ZippyGo, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reservation of Rights — Text and Data Mining and AI Training

ZippyGo expressly reserves all rights in the content of the Service for the purposes of text and data mining, including the reservation of rights under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market and any equivalent or successor provision in any jurisdiction.

No licence, whether express or implied, is granted to use any content from the Service to train, fine-tune, ground, benchmark, or evaluate any machine learning model, large language model, or generative artificial intelligence system, or to reproduce or retain such content for the purpose of building or enriching a dataset or corpus.

This reservation is expressed in machine-readable form in our robots.txt file, which sets out the automated agents that are permitted and prohibited from accessing the Service. Accessing the Service by automated means in a manner inconsistent with those directives is a breach of these Terms. For licensing enquiries, contact legal@zippygo.ai.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZIPPYGO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZIPPYGO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

ZippyGo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Open Data Attribution

Airport and route reference data used by the Service is derived from the following open datasets. Where noted, the data has been modified — filtered, merged and annotated — by ZippyGo.

  • OurAirports — released into the public domain. Used as the airport list and for scheduled-service information. Modified.
  • OpenTravelData — licensed under CC BY 4.0. Used for metropolitan-area codes. Modified.
  • mwgg/Airports — MIT Licence. Used for airport coordinates on the flight-tracking map. Modified.

These datasets are provided by their authors without warranty. Neither their authors nor their contributors endorse ZippyGo or its use of the data.
